Dodgers Free Agent Target Aaron Nola Off the Board, Re-Signs With Phillies
Briefly

Well, take one top-tier pitching target off the market for the Dodgers as starter Aaron Nola is heading back to the Philadelphia Phillies on a seven-year deal worth $172 million.
Now the Dodgers will need to pivot toward some of the other top available players, and they could always look at the trade market as well.
Many people didn't believe that the bigger free agents would sign this early, but this could now open the floodgates for signings. LA remains one of the more active teams on the open market.
