The bullpen carousel continues for the Dodgers on Friday in St. Louis.The club announced the addition of right-hander Tyler Cyr ahead of game 2 of the series against the Cardinals.In a corresponding roster move, rookie Andre Jackson was optioned back to Triple-A Oklahoma City.The Dodgers selected the contract of RHP Tyler Cyr and optioned RHP Andre Jackson to Triple-A Oklahoma City.-
