"I think the positive is we're back to full strength for tomorrow with a chance to win the series," said Dodgers manager Dave Roberts after Wrobleski's performance.
"It's not ideal. It's kind of where we're at. Typically I'm sensitive to guys' performance and not staying out there and essentially wearing it," Roberts noted, emphasizing the decision's necessity.
"To Justin's credit, he hung in there and got us into the sixth inning," Roberts said, reflecting on Wrobleski's ability to manage the tough inning.
Despite a disastrous outing where he allowed 10 runs, Wrobleski’s performance helped save the Dodgers bullpen for upcoming crucial games.
