I would love to implement a changeup. I get so wrist happy... it kind of kicks and has that vert... but sometimes you've got to be content with what you've got.
Vesia's .313 batting average against his changeup compared to .149 and .106 against his fastball and slider suggests further refinement is needed before its full adoption.
