Jay's journey as a stylist began in his childhood in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where he embraced fashion at a young age thanks to supportive parents. His talent and presence on social media caught the attention of fashion entrepreneurs, leading him to New York City. After working with renowned stylists, he carved out a niche in women’s basketball, notably styling WNBA star Skylar Diggins-Smith, who appreciates his eye for detail and ability to understand her aesthetic, leading to a successful partnership that solidified his position in this dynamic sector.

According to the six-time WNBA All-Star, Jay's eye for detail was one of the first things that drew her to his work.
