Reports out of Italy state that the 35-year-old Manna has agreed to terms on a five-year deal to become the new sporting director at Napoli.
Giuntoli is already considering replacements for Manna, including Giuseppe Pompilio and Stefano Stefanelli.
Manna's departure will mean Giuntoli continues to shape the Juventus front office according to his vision, possibly bringing in staff from Napoli or Pisa.
