Andre Bailey, 41, pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting a woman and to swinging a cat by its tail. The incident occurred in Harrow Weald on February 5.
Bailey admitted to a charge of lifting or dragging an animal by part of its body, causing it pain or suffering. He swung a cat by its tail at his home address.
