Anecdotally, IVF can do a number on a sex life. There's some data to back this up as well-one study reported that a sense of surveillance, as well as the loss of spontaneity and relaxation around sex during the IVF process, can negatively impact sexuality.
Another found that compared with a nonclinical sample, "women undergoing IVF scored significantly lower in sexual interest, desire, orgasm, satisfaction, sexual activity, and overall sexual function."
