User attributes such as email, name, profile, manager, fields, and userRoles can be updated through the API endpoint. User 'State' is an exception and cannot be changed via API.
The PATCH request to modify an existing user requires specific mandatory attributes like email, name, and profile, among others. Adding or removing userRoles like 'Admin' is also possible.
