To achieve the 'Cost of Lost Memories' ending, players need to have progress with Lily below 100%, take Adam's hand in the Nest, and defeat the final boss. For the 'Making New Memories' ending, Lily's progress must be at 100% before heading to Spire 4, unlocking the Eidos 9 region.
