The more challenging Thursday puzzle is rebranded as the weekend puzzle, available on Sundays and unofficially on Fridays for newsletter subscribers and regular solvers.
The change aims to reach more audience finding puzzles on weekends, maintain the schedule for existing solvers, and allow for irregular bonus puzzles.
