If there was one sheet set that's on nearly every registry and want-to-buy list, it's Pottery Barn's Belgian flax linen. It's incredibly lightweight, durable, and comes in 30 colors. The sheets feel even softer as you use and wash them.
Mellanni makes a more reasonable set, though, in your basic sizes and a few neutral colors. These are great if you want to add a set into rotation.
These French linen sheets are well-made and light. They fit mattresses up to 16" deep, and they've been pre-washed to make them feel even softer on first use. Colors 12.
Quince makes a midweight linen sheet set with a little more substance but no heat trapping. Colors 21. West Elm's flax linen sheets come in an array of colors, all of which have their own personality because of the dye process.
If you are fully committed to the linen lifestyle, there are a few brands that dedicate their entire infrastructure to sourcing the best fabrics. Linoto is one of them. These sheets are certainly expensive but they are far more durable than cheaper ones, lasting years.
