Defendants argued that Plaintiff's Second Holy Temple Product fails 'to exhibit sufficient creativity or originality to be entitled to copyright protection or registration.'

The plaintiff owns copyright registrations for its Second Holy Temple Product and its photograph of its Second Holy Temple Product.
