Law enforcement operation takes down 22,000 malicious IP addresses worldwide

In Hong Kong, police supported the operation by taking offline more than 1,037 servers linked to malicious services, demonstrating the collaborative effort across nations to address these cyber threats.
Mongolia conducted investigations that included 21 house searches, the seizure of a server and the identification of 93 individuals with links to illegal cyber activities, showcasing the extensive actions taken during Synergia II.
Estonia’s police seized over 80GB of server data, indicating the scale of information and evidence collected during Operation Synergia II, which will aid in the analysis of phishing and banking malware.
