Doctor Web resumed virus database updates after the attack on its infrastructure
Briefly

After the attack on our infrastructure, we prioritized maintaining control over the situation and ensuring that our customers were unaffected by the disruptions.
We implemented a series of measures, including the use of Dr.Web FixIt! for Linux, to analyze and eliminate the incident’s consequences effectively.
Our security team acted swiftly, temporarily disconnecting nodes to perform checks, which led to a brief interruption in virus database updates on September 16.
By September 17, all Dr.Web virus database updates resumed in full, affirming our commitment to maintaining high information security standards.
