In the upcoming sequel 'Another Simple Favor,' Blake Lively's character will be sipping on Artingstall's Brilliant London Dry Gin, a brand created by director Paul Feig. This marks a switch from the original film where Ryan Reynolds' Aviation Gin was featured. Feig confirmed that the film will exclusively use his gin, expressing pride in its aesthetic appeal and commitment to quality. The shift from Aviation Gin reflects both the director's personal branding efforts and a desire for a cohesive product placement in his films.
"There's no more Aviation. This movie is all Artingstall's all the time," Feig said of his booze brand that he launched in 2020, two years after the thriller hit the box office.
"I'm very proud of my brand. And actually, our bottle is so beautiful that it fits in. It doesn't feel like it doesn't belong," he added before joking, "There's never a shortage of martinis in any of my movies."
