Pedro Pascal said he has been to Northern Ireland and found people there to be the nicest he has ever been around. He connected the comment to his work on Game of Thrones, which he shot in Ireland, including Northern Ireland in 2013. He also spoke about working with Irish actor Paul Mescal on Gladiator II in 2024, noting Mescal’s origin after being prompted. Pascal reflected on joining the Star Wars franchise, saying he is a huge fan and that he did not feel pressure because he was in the best hands. He joined Star Wars in 2018 to star in The Mandalorian, later adapted into a feature film.
