This semester, four hackathons sponsored by Entrepreneurship at Cornell will tackle pressing issues in artificial intelligence, digital agriculture, animal health, and human health. Two events will be held on campus and two in New York City, starting with the Animal Health hackathon. These events will facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration among students from various Cornell programs. Participants will form teams, receive mentoring, and present their solutions for evaluation, with prizes awarded to the winners. The AI event will particularly explore AI applications in educational contexts, enhancing administrative processes and learning experiences.
The AI event, new this year, will focus on the applications, considerations and advantages of AI in academia, enhancing educational experiences through collaboration.
Partners for the Animal Health hackathon include the Cornell Center for Veterinary Business and Entrepreneurship, addressing crucial issues in veterinary health care through innovative team solutions.
The collaborative environment the hackathon fosters, brings together students from various disciplines to address pressing challenges in animal health, digital agriculture, and more.
Each hackathon offers students a chance to innovate solutions in vital areas, with dedicated mentorship and a competitive, outcome-focused format to support their ideas.
