A 2nd DOGE email went out to federal workers late Friday night. More are on the way, the email says.

The recent communication has drawn backlash from employees who find the constant check-ins intrusive and counterproductive. Many workers feel that the emails undermine their agency's management structure, as they are expected to respond directly to OPM rather than their immediate supervisors. This approach has led to confusion, especially since some agency heads have previously indicated that responses to such requests were not required.
