The company also promises it won't use your Health chats to train its models, and points out that if you want extra security you can enable multi-factor authentication. OpenAI is partnering with b.well, "the largest and most secure network of live, connected health data for US consumers", which "adheres to the highest industry standards in data security and privacy" if you want to connect your medical records too."
