Teenagers are pretty smart, and they see that adults use cannabis, Lisdahl says. That makes blanket warnings and prohibitions practically useless.
The data so far don't tell clear stories: young people don't seem to be using in greater numbers than before legalization, but there seem to be trends towards more problematic use.
