Heart pieces are essential collectibles in The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, increasing your health. Collecting four heart pieces gives you one extra heart.
There are a total of 40 heart pieces throughout Hyrule, with 29 currently documented. The remaining 11 will be updated in the guide soon.
Heart pieces tend to be hidden in challenging locations, like atop pillars surrounded by enemies or on cliff summits, rewarding exploration and skill.
You will often find heart pieces in caves and mini-dungeons, typically guarded by simple puzzles or tricky platforming challenges, making them rewarding to collect.
