The Birmingham Design Festival, now in its seventh year, promises creativity and inspiration with the theme 'Play'. Set for June 12-13, the festival will feature a variety of workshops led by notable figures in design including Lou Sloper and Gemma O'Brien, followed by an impressive lineup of speakers such as Kelli Anderson and Malika Favre on the second day. Festival directors express excitement about returning and reuniting with admired industry talent, while Creative Bloq will cover the event's highlights. Tickets for workshops and the conference are still available.
The speakers have been chosen specifically for the influential, inspiring and playful nature of their work and will all speak on the conference's 2025 theme, play.
We're proud to be back for our seventh year of BDF and for the return of the BDF Conference, says Birmingham Design Festival directors Luke Tonge and Daniel Alcorn.
