Tests with Geekbench show that for effective graphic design performance, laptops should ideally have a CPU multi-core score of at least 10,000, and for GPU, at least 70,000. For instance, the ASUS ProArt P16 excels with scores of 14,931 and over 100,000 respectively, while budget models like Acer Swift 3 fall short.
Our benchmarks involve applying realistic workflows, showcasing the required performance for laptops in graphic design. Laptops like the ASUS Vivobook Pro 16, scoring 12,408 in CPU and 77,026 in GPU tests, prove viable for graphic design tasks by meeting the crucial threshold.
