In January, I was notified by the Berlin Immigration Office about the revocation of my freedom to move within Germany due to alleged links to the pro-Palestine movement. As a Polish citizen, I sought legal help after realizing that my status made deportation unlikely. Other activists received similar deportation orders, indicating a broader state strategy to intimidate pro-Palestinian voices. By March, we were urged to leave voluntarily or face forced removal, with vague accusations against us citing threats to national security and public order despite no charges leading to court hearings and no criminal records.
In early January, I received a deportation letter from Berlin Immigration Office linked to my pro-Palestine activism, asserting a threat to public order.
Despite being a Polish citizen, I found my freedom of movement restricted, alongside others advocating for Palestine, as intimidation from the state.
