Briefly

Julian Nagelsmann's transition from club to national team coaching has led to a significant evolution in his coaching style, emphasizing emotional connections over pure tactical focus. In interviews, Nagelsmann reflects on his past as a 'tactics nerd' and acknowledges he could have integrated more of a human touch during his club coaching tenure. He highlights that coaching a national team involves deeper emotional ties and connection with players, which he finds essential for achieving success. At only 37, his growth continues, suggesting a promising future for both him and the German national team.
