The Creative app is prone to crashing and often struggles to connect with devices, particularly on Google Pixel phones, making the experience quite frustrating despite the earbuds' impressive sound quality.
The Zen Air SXFI earbuds feature advanced specifications including 10 mm Neodymium drivers, active noise cancelation, and a remarkable 12 hours of listening time per charge.
Despite its issues, once the Creative app successfully connected, I was able to experience some customizations. However, the design and functionality of the app left much to be desired.
