The highest TV marks covered image quality, durability, ease of setup, and remote usability, while lower marks targeted service repair outcomes, technician courtesy, repair timeliness, and call center satisfaction. In the PC category, HP led with 83, edging Apple at 82. Samsung also achieved the top grade for vacuum cleaners.
