Split Fiction Confirmed For Switch 2 As A Launch Title

During the Nintendo Direct, it was announced that Hazelight's co-op game Split Fiction will be available on the Switch 2 starting this June. Initially launched in February 2025 on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, the game has quickly garnered popularity, selling 2 million copies in its first week. The game’s budget was notably higher than A Way Out's It Takes Two. Although a movie adaptation was hinted, game director Josef Fares has reservations regarding its realization. Additionally, Hazelight is developing a new game, details of which remain undisclosed.
