Asha Sharma, currently President of Microsoft's CoreAI product, will assume leadership of Microsoft Gaming as CEO. Matt Booty is being promoted to Chief Content Officer, a new role overseeing content across Xbox Game Studios. No replacement for Xbox President was announced, leaving that position's future unclear. Spencer will remain in an advisory capacity through the summer. Sharma plans to prioritize great games and a return of Xbox among three core tenets.
