HTC launched Vive Eagle AI smart glasses, its first entry into display-less smart glasses. These wearable devices come with an AI assistant supporting Google Gemini or OpenAI's GPT. Users can enjoy music, capture photos/videos, and translate text using voice commands. Priced at NT$15,600, they are only available in Taiwan. Weighing 48.8g with lens, Vive Eagle features Snapdragon AR1 Gen 1, 4GB RAM, and a 12-megapixel camera. It includes a 235mAh battery with a 36-hour standby and 4.5 hours of playback, alongside audio features and UV400 protection.
HTC's Vive Eagle smart glasses weigh 48.8g with lens and 42.8g without lens, equipped with Snapdragon AR1 Gen 1 chipset, 4GB RAM, and 32GB storage.
The smart glasses feature a 12-megapixel ultrawide camera capturing images at 3024 x 4032 resolution and recording videos at 1512 x 2016 resolution.
The HTC Vive Eagle has a battery with over 36 hours of standby and up to 4.5 hours of continuous music playback, utilizing a magnetic charging cable.
The AI assistant in the HTC Vive Eagle can be powered by Google’s Gemini or OpenAI’s GPT, performing tasks via voice commands.
