Nintendo has officially announced the much-anticipated release date for the Nintendo Switch 2, set for June 5th, with preorders starting on April 9th at $449.99. The new console features a larger 7.9-inch LCD display, supports 1080p resolution and HDR, provides 256GB of storage, and has a battery life of up to 6.5 hours. It will launch with popular titles like Mario Kart World and supports backward compatibility with original Switch games, with improved versions for select titles.
