Gemini for Home voice assistant is entering early access in the U.S., with plans to expand to more countries in 2026. The assistant supports all Google speakers and displays released since 2016, including Nest Hub (1st and 2nd gen), Nest Hub Max, Home and Home Max, Nest Mini, Nest Audio, and Nest Wifi point. Gemini Live will be available to Google Home Premium subscribers on select devices under Standard and Advanced plans. The assistant is currently English-only. Google provided a large Q&A and 100 example prompts. Early access enrollment occurs through the Google Home app (version 4.1+) via Settings > Early Access, with in-app notifications when features arrive.
