EcoFlow's newest portable A/C aims to save the day - but will it deliver?
Briefly

EcoFlow has launched its Wave 3, a portable air conditioner and heater, alongside the Glacier Classic, a redesigned portable refrigerator. These eco-friendly devices are battery-powered and can be charged via solar or car, making them ideal for camping or emergencies. Although the Wave 3 is not designed for home use, it can efficiently modify the temperature in small spaces. It has received attention for its quick temperature adjustments and new Pet Care mode, enhancing its utility for pet owners while traveling.
We're constantly pushing the boundaries to provide reliable and sustainable energy solutions whether you're on-the-go, at home or anywhere in between, said Brian Essenmacher.
The Wave 3 can lower the temperature in an enclosed area from 118 to 183 degrees by 15 degrees in 15 minutes and raise it by 17 degrees simultaneously.
EcoFlow's new designs address pain points we see in competing products, by building upon the previous generation smart series.
This is not meant to be a life-saving device, rather a comfort measure in small spaces, but it could work in a pinch.
