Kristina Ulmer's initiative at Hatboro-Horsham High School encourages students to perform acts of kindness using a small budget of $20. Started in 2018 to honor her late sister Katie Amodei, the campaign has successfully fostered a culture of generosity and compassion among students. Over the years, it has resulted in over 350 kind acts, collectively funded by more than $7,000 in donations.
