In April, the organization prioritized discussions for the 2026 venue by launching the Call for Venues. They are currently working on selecting a new location for the upcoming year while coordinating event schedules and administrative tasks such as contract signing and billing. Individual team members contributed in various areas, including sponsor management, communications migration, financial aid programs, and promotional materials, ensuring smooth operations and community outreach throughout the event planning process.
We successfully launched the Call for Venues and are now actively working on choosing a new location for next year.
