Since 2015, BloomAgainBklyn has been repurposing leftover flowers from events into bouquets for isolated members of the community, including seniors and low-income students. The organization frequently collects discarded flowers, such as those from weddings, cleans and prepares them for distribution. Founder Caroline Anderson, inspired by her family gatherings centered around flowers, started the nonprofit to promote sustainability and community connection.
