This cabinet, recognized for its diverse representation, marks the country's first government formed during this transitional phase. Notably, it operates under a temporary constitution that does not include a prime minister. The formation was announced just before Eid-al-Fitr, with key government figures from previous administrations maintaining their roles, as new leaders pledge to build a unified state and a professional army.
