René Redzepi's Noma will run a Los Angeles residency from March 11 through June 26 in Silver Lake, with the exact location disclosed only to confirmed diners to protect the residential neighborhood. Dinner service costs $1,500 per person and includes a beverage pairing, tax and tip. Each seating will host 42 guests and service will run four days per week. The Noma team will open a shop selling hot sauces, garums, vinegar, coffee and more. Noma will stage collaborations with Los Angeles and Copenhagen chefs and MAD will present talks and events, beginning with a discussion on borders.
