The company has been family-run for three generations, with Elias Laderach as current head chocolatier. Elias won the 2018 World Chocolate Master title and has created large sculpted chocolate pieces such as a violin and a cow centerpiece. Store offerings include gift boxes, pralines, truffles, tablets, vegan options, alcohol bonbons and region-specific chocolates.
