"Food shapes our cities. How we eat and where we shop is crucial to the health and resilience of people and the entire ecosystem. The food and climate crises and deepening social stratification should push us towards solutions that shorten supply chains and facilitate fair access to healthy and inexpensive food. Bazaars offering local agricultural products strengthen the city's resilience and equal opportunities for healthy and low-cost food for all social groups, strengthening micro-entrepreneurship and neighborly ties."

Food shapes cities and determines human and ecosystem health and resilience. Food and climate crises and rising social stratification demand solutions that shorten supply chains and ensure fair access to healthy, inexpensive food. Bazaars offering local agricultural products strengthen urban resilience and provide equal opportunities for healthy, low-cost food across social groups. Such markets support micro-entrepreneurship and foster neighborly ties. The project team comprises Nate Cook + 15 Studio members Aleksandra Wasilkowska, Monika Olesko, Karolina Kotlicka, Agnieszka Lanko, and Alicja Rudowska, with technical roles including building engineer Daniel Przybylek, roads engineer Tomasz Mikolajuk (Tmp Projekt), and fire specialist Marcin Cisek.
