Six London restaurants were just added to the Michelin Guide
"Michelin's anonymous inspectors are constantly on the road sampling new and existing restaurants in the UK and beyond. At the beginning of each month, the guide reveals the restaurants with deemed worthy of a spot in the Michelin Guide. That means that they use exceptional produce, create impeccable dishes and provide great value for money. It also means that they could be in the running for a Michelin star (which are handed out around February each year)."

Michelin inspectors regularly sample new and existing restaurants across the UK and beyond and reveal newly deemed entries at the start of each month. Newly listed restaurants demonstrate use of exceptional produce, impeccable dishes and strong value for money and may be considered for Michelin stars awarded around February. Six of the sixteen eateries added last month were in London. Tom Brown returned to boutique Knightsbridge hotel The Capital in April after closing Cornerstone in 2024 and launching Island at Mare Street Market. Aqua Shard on the Shard's 31st floor offers outstanding views and cooking that matches the surroundings.
