Faultless service was experienced at the first of several new Dublin restaurants opening this month. A surge of openings is occurring in the run-up to Christmas, creating a crowded calendar that will be hard to keep up with. Ivy Asia opened first, located a few doors from the always-busy Ivy. It was quickly followed by Cantina Valentina in the Hoxton, Gloria Osteria on Westmoreland Street, and Dion atop the Central Bank. Many more restaurants are scheduled to open, and an additional wave of openings is expected in 2026.
