Brodard Restaurant will open its first Los Angeles County location in Long Beach at the 2ND & PCH mall complex, 6480 E. Pacific Coast Highway, possibly by May 2026. The restaurant first opened in the 1990s in Orange County's Little Saigon and was founded by Diane Dang, whose family owned a French bakery in Nha Trang, Vietnam. Other Brodard locations operate in Garden Grove, Fountain Valley, Newport Beach and inside John Wayne Airport. The business grew from family recipes after the founders moved to the United States in 1986. Brodard is known for its nem nuong cuon spring rolls made with grilled pork sausage and crisp wonton strips.
