Spasia Dinkovski launched Mystic Burek during lockdown, selling filo pies across London and expanding into a brand celebrating Balkan cuisine with a cookbook and a Sydenham shop. The shop closed at the end of 2024. A new venue named Doma will open just over the road at the end of October.
