The chain partners with sustainable California farms and culinary artisans and rotates the menu seasonally. On Feb. 24, 2026, three spring dishes debut: the Smoky BBQ Brioche Sandwich, the Farmhouse Ranch Salad and the Seasonal GOAT. Founders Ellen Chen and Mario Del Pero began Bay Area expansion in late 2017. The Dublin site is open daily and accepts catering orders early.
