Marea Restaurant will continue its residency at The Snow Lodge in Aspen through the 2026/2027 winter season after a successful first winter. The restaurant will reopen on June 8, 2026, featuring a new summer menu designed by Executive Chef PJ Calapa. The menu will include seasonal dishes like Hamachi with Palisades peaches and soft shell crab with Rocky Ford melons, while also retaining signature offerings such as fusilli pasta and butter-poached lobster.
