Kitchen Sink Soup
"Start by dicing the carrots, mushrooms, onions, garlic, parsley, and kale. Brown the ground turkey (you don't have to drain the fat off). Saute the carrots and onions with the turkey. Add chicken broth, water, and tomato paste. Add kale, mushrooms, garlic, and bacon. Stir until combined. Add seasoning and rice. Cover and simmer about 25 - 30 minutes. Adjust seasonings to taste. Creole seasoning will give your soup a mild kick."

The soup combines ground turkey, kale, mushrooms, carrots, onion, garlic, parsley, cooked bacon, rice, tomato paste, low-salt chicken broth and water. Brown ground turkey, then sauté carrots and onions with the turkey; draining of fat is optional. Add chicken broth, water and tomato paste, then stir in kale, mushrooms, garlic, bacon and cooked rice. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and Creole seasoning for a mild kick. Cover and simmer 25–30 minutes until flavors meld. Adjust seasonings to taste before serving.
