A permanent Hello Kitty Cafe opened at Valley Fair in San Jose / Santa Clara in July 2025. The mobile cafe offers decorated cookies, sweets, apparel, bow-shaped water bottles, plush toys and enamel pins. New merchandise for the truck's 10th anniversary includes keychains, mugs, blankets and sweatshirts. The truck operates from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at both Bay Area stops.
