Hawksmoor will open a new restaurant in the Grade I-listed Midland Grand at St Pancras in late November 2025, increasing the group's total to 14. The dining room will retain much of the building's architectural character while offering 95 covers, a private dining room and a chef's table. The menu will present Hawksmoor's signature steaks, seafood and cocktails, with added theatre and tableside touches expected. The former Gothic Bar will be transformed into the Martini Bar with an outdoor terrace and DJ stage, providing a destination for pre-travel drinks. The opening follows the sudden closure of the previous operator.
